You really shouldn't need to lift the three year old very much, and two is a bit to big to continuously pick up also. the one year old should be fine but if it gets to be to much you should stop and only do it when you can't avoid it.

To be on the safe side, you really should try to minimize the lifting. It could result in problems with your pregnancy. Lots of pregnant women lift their other kids during their pregnancy and don't have problems. You won't be able to not pick your kids up for the rest of your pregnancy, just try to minimize it. Like when your husband is around he can do the lifting, etc.

You've got like a 50 lb weight limit of what you can lift while pregnant. So, unless you are lifting 2 at a time, or you have HUGE kids, you should be fine.

Just lift them the correct way, using your legs like you said, and you will be fine.
Try to get your 2 and 3 year olds to walk around more and not need to be held so much. This will lessen the strain on you.

i am required too lift 60 lbs at work and my dr said as long as i was lifting it before i was pregnant it would be ok...i am 16 weeks and lift this stuff 5 days a week and have had no spotting or problems so far

Talk to your doctor. I think that at a certain point in your pregnancy you should be careful how much you lift. If they can walk then encourage it as much as possible. Maybe buy a double stroller? That might even help after the baby is born. You're a brave and busy woman. Good luck!

Well my mom lift me wen she was pregnant wen a was 2 year old but my Mon had on baby .
But if you are having twins, or how shod i put it if you are having more than on baby than you shooed lift less.
