No one has ever been impeached for sex.
Clinton was impeached for commiting perjury in front of a federal grand jury which is against the law.
There was no law preventing Bush from going to war. In fact he had permission from Congress (including Hillary Clinton) to do so.

Those good old moral family value Republicans spent $30 million of tax payers money on Clinton. They did not deal with real issues of day such as terrorism. Bush can stand in the pulpit and lie about the war and he is forgiven.
