This sounds exactly like anxiety. So you need to find ways to relax. Taking a walk or doing yoga can help.
You can also take a nice warm bath with lavendar essential oil.
It might also help to talk with someone about your worries and fears.

My thyroid got a little out of whack with each pregnancy and caused jitters and a weird heart rhythm. I went to the doctor because of the heart thing. I wore a heart monitor for 2 days and everything was withing safe parameters. I did not need any medication and the symptoms subsided around 6 months pregnant. Discuss the jitters with the doc and he should be able to perform a simple blood test to see if this is the cause.

You seem to be concerned about your health. You should know that most energy drinks can be bad for you since they contain so much caffeine and sugar.
I suggest you check out a new energy drink that is much healthier for you and they don't have all the sugar and caffeine in them. It works in minutes and lasts for hours.
I like to drink them everyday and I really feel good. I found mine at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

I felt that way before I got pregnant...you aren't supposed to be drinking energy drinks while pregnant in the first place, those are way to harmful for the baby, as far as the coffee goes, you are most likely taking in to much caffeine. You need to slow it down and stop drinking the energy drinks

Have you talked to your Dr. about it? That would be the best place to start. Also, take a look at your diet - you need a lot more food during pregnancy, healthy food. Finally, I had a couple of dips in my blood pressure during my second trimester that left me feeling weird. No matter what it is talk to your doctor - better safe than sorry! Good luck!

At your next dr check have them check for gestational diabetes. A high blood sugar can give you that shaky feeling. Also keep track of your sugar intake, you may be taking in too much sugar or caffeine. If its not diabetes make sure they try to find the source.

You need to have your blood pressure checked if it continually happens, and make sure you are not hypertensive (high blood pressure), I bet your blood sure is just low. Eat something, or drink a glass of juice. It happens to me all the time I am 16 weeks along.

Check your blood sugar. It may be low. I get that way. Drink some orange juice see if it eases up after a few minutes.

You will want to check with your doctor. I never had it but women can develop gestational diabetes. I know shaking has been connected to diabetes, that's why I mention it. good luck. Maybe cut back on sugar too.

i don't feel it all the time, but i get that feeling as well, usually when I'm hungry or haven't had enough to eat but sometimes for no reason at all, if it worries you just tell your doctor and I'm sure that you will be put at ease
