Sorry - heat labile and heat stable are opposites.

Heat labile toxins are denatured by heating (cooking)
Fumonisin B1 and B2 produced by Fusarium
Patulin produced by Aspergillus and Penicillium
Sterigmatocystin produced by Aspergillus

Heat stable toxins are resistant to heat.
Trichothecenes and Zearalenones produced by Fusarium
Aflatoxin produced by Aspergillus

Fusarium, Aspergillus and Penicillium produce all these toxins discussed here.

1. aflatoxin produced by Aspergillus sp.

2. vomitoxin produced by Fusaria sp.

3. Ochratoxin A produced by Penicillium verrucosum
