Slowey is going for the Twins tonight in his MLB debut. Granted he will be nervous. His stuff isn't overpowering, but that's what is special about him. He can change the speeds on his pitches pretty well. That's why he's been dominating at Triple A Rochester this year.
The Twins have been on fire the last week. Sweeping the White Sux has been a huge lift for the team.

I'm going to take the Minnesota Twins over the Oakland Athletics by a score of 5-4. The rookie will be pumped and ready to go and Oakland's starter really isn't that good. I was going to take 6-4, but the first answerer took it, so I'll say 5-4 Twins.
