I recently bought a house and lately weird things have been happining...i went to bed the other night and made sure all the lights and T.V. was off but at 4am i heard noises all the T.V.s were on in the house and they were all on the same channel. Also the other day when i was going to take a shower i started the shower and the phone rang when i went back to get in the shower the water was turned off.. Do you think i bought a house with a ghost and they want us to leave or am i crazy??

Well the average ghost is not something to be frightened of. Why? They're just doing their thing regardless of you being there or not. It's like a tape that's on a loop - they continually do it. Is this bad? Not necessarily.
The New Age movement is full of fruits, nuts & flakes (sounds like a breakfast cereal eh?) that just glom onto anything that has any sort of goofy explanation.
Key #1: Rule out the plausible first - meaning look for anything that may explain it and prove that it does not cause this phenomena.
Key #2: Where possible, set up a tape recorder &/or video camera where the occurrence(s) is/are happening. This will be your proof.
Once proven, then you have something to work with. If there is a Ghost or Spirit, then you can have the home cleansed and the shade of the departed sent on its way.
Take a pragmatic approach and you'll find simple but effective solutions to this sort of thing.

A Ghost is a Spirit
And everyone has a Spirit
So if you don't believe in Ghost
You don't believe in Spirit
Then you don't believe in Yourself
Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.
A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body.
It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.
Some people don't pass over because of unfinished business
Or they just don't know they have died
Or they didn't know to go to the light
This is what people call a Ghost
I call Spirit some call Lost Souls
If you have an Earth bound Spirit they may not know they are dead so tell them they are and for them to go to the Light : ) set them free or ask Archangel Michael to come and take them home

I always wondered why ghosts always seem to be either nasty or mischievous. I mean if there are ghosts in your house, you'd think one would pick up a broom or a vacuum cleaner since they seem to be living there too. Maybe even help you with the dishes or do laundry once in a while. Since they live in another dimension in time, perhaps they can even help you pick the right lottery numbers, so you could all move to a bigger house, giving them more room to float around. By the way, what show did the ghosts put all the tvs on at 4 a.m.? I'm thinking a re-run of "Lost." I could see why ghosts might like that show.

check to see if the TVs are on an automatic timer. Mine are. It comes on every morning at 5am and always on channel 5 but there is always a possibility of a ghost but more likely if it is supernatural, it is a poltergeist, they are very mischievous, (not demonic) and no matter what anyone says, DO NOT rent any movies of hauntings. Especially the over exaggerated Amityville Horror movie. It was blown WAAAY out of proportion.

You went to answer the phone and left the shower RUNNING ? You most certainly turned it off. The instinctive reaction to turn the shower off (which YOU did) was forgotten in the distraction of the phone ringing. How MANY TV`s do you have, and how many were NOT on. Were TV`s left on standby ? Do you have a cat or dog? Are the TV`s downstairs ? You say "want `US`to leave", how many others are there, how old are they ? You did not hear "noises", you heard a television ! Amongst all these questions is the answer; there are no such things as ghosts !

I have had odd things like that happen to me in a house. T.V's and radio's would turn on and off at random. Metal objects would randomly get thrown around the rooms.

Spirits trying to get your attention I think, as they are not doing anything that scares you. Pay attention to what the t.v. channel is saying next time, or to the station number - little things.

But remember this, not all beings are evil and it seems this one wants to play around with you.
Unless of course.. you have some really slippery cat or mouse that was real tricky... just stating some facts
