I have a bladder problem (IC)that prevents all types of foods and certain types of meds. The only rx out there for it I can't take anything like tylenol or aspirin with it because of the bleeding risks. I have had them all my life and I do throw up with them. Just recently I have been getting them about every day or every other day.

I also want to add, that I drink about 10-12 cups of water a day. Because of my IC that is the ONLY thing I can actually drink that doesn't bother my bladder. I do get sick of it but if I drink anything else I suffer the consequences.

There are several natural ways to relieve migraines. You will need to find the ways or way that suit you best:
1. acupuncture
2. feverfew supplements
3. biofeedback therapy
4. changing your sleeping postures
5. magnesium supplements.
Your headaches may be triggered by stress, so drinking a cup of chamomile or lavender tea may just help you relieve your anxiety levels.

Headaches can be caused by so many different things. I have severe migrains and I am on a prescribed medication for that, however I do get daily headaches. Since Advil, Tylenol, etc do not work for me I have tried something more natural. I read this in an article and I wish I still had the article to show you, but if you take 300-400mg a day of Vitamin B2 it is said to help, or even coenzyme Q 10(CoQ10). I have been using the CoQ10 for a few months and it seems to be working. Both are water solutions, so if your body has too much of it or does not need it, it will rid it self through your urine, so you do not need to worry about overdosing. You can find these at Wal-mart, or Walgreens. They are not very expensive. Also gynsing(sp?) has been said to help daily headaches as well, but that I have not tried. Hope all goes well, goodluck!

Chiropractic, massage, aromatherapy (peppermint is supposed to help) and then also see if you notice any patterns or daily activities or side effects to other problems (like blood pressure) that contribute to your headaches. Stress, allergies, some foods, eye strain, sinus problems all can cause headaches. You may be unknowingly reducing your caffeine consumption as well, this will give you a headache. If you are cutting back, cut back slowly. If you don't want to stop, keep up your intake.
Also make sure you stay hydrated. Water is best, gatorade, tea, koolaid types are okay, and coffee and sodas are not good.

I've had the worst migraine headaches my whole life, to the point where i couldnt move and was throwing up. The only thing that I tried was a prescription (Naproxin 275mg) which works wonders I would just take 2 if i had a migraine or 1 if i felt it coming. But i understand about not wanting to take medicine, I used to be on a lot of prescriptions and hated it and didnt want one more thing to take, but i was in the doctors office today reading about migraines and i remember reading that make sure you don't change your schedule significantly (get enough sleep everynight), smoking cigarettes apparently contributes(i smoke though), stress is a BIG contributor, and making sure you eat enough. I was also reading about vitamins for migranes so try looking that up. i wish you the best of luck

I have seen my wife get chronic migraines for 20 years, and has High Blood pressure. She would have to go into a dark room, with no smells, or she would throw up, then she would land up in the emergency room, for hydration and Demerol.Took medication for most of those years. Some medication worked for short periods.Tried chiropractor, massages,Herbs, pressure points,diet,etc...
A friend called me up and told me about a product that was helping a lot of people with migraines headaches. The wife started to take this product, and her blood pressure got better, her stress level got better, her energy got better, she was much happier with life. But most of all her Migraines were gone.Plus her periods improved.

Media and music being relationship love and drama obsessed, people over identify their problems with this sort of music, is someone really moving on when their listening to music about their issues? In the 80's and 90's music was about enjoying life and living the moment, now majority of it is the opposite and music has a big impact on people and cultures.

There's some evidence that ginger can help with headaches. See if this article from Nutritionist Sue Gilbert helps:

In addition to opium, you might want to try to smoke or chew some tobacco. That may help relieve the stress, which is causing the headache.

You should go get a massage. Seriously. I get headaches daily and after having my neck massaged properly, I get them less often. You probably have a lot of knots and kinks and tension in your neck and spine, which is causing your pain.
