I really want this car but i cant get it because its a mercedes.. do yall know any other cars from a different brand that may look similar to it?

Nope, sorry. The Merc "look" is unique and if any other manufacturer tried to copy it, MB would be on their case like white on rice.
As the owner of both a C-Class and a Fusion, I can attest that they look nothing alike. (Well, OK, both of mine ARE red. LOL!) For an American car, the Fusion's look is impressive in its own right, but it damn sure ain't no Benz!
