I usually ask around and see who in my family wants it. I usually give my shampoos, etc. to my sister or brother - depending on what the products contain (because of allergies, etc.)
When my cousin visited me during spring break, she ended up taking all of these products that didnt work for me, but they worked for her. Just ask around, see if anyone else is interested.
Or, if there is a moneyback guarantee from that company, call them and ask them to get your money back.

Shampoo - put a squeeze top on, and use as grease remover in laundry, to remove carpet stains, and for fine washables.
Bar soap? Liquid soap?
Bar - melt down all pieces in a double boiler, and mix together. Mold as desired.
Liquid - OK for hand washables. Mix with water and a little glycerin to make excellent bubbles!
Do NOT try to donate them - most places won't take open containers for safety reasons.
