What is with men hating women?

Using the internet, I can read the Miami news, the Ft. Lauderdale news, the West Palm Beach news, the Orlando news, the Tampa news, and the Jacksonville news. And almost daily!, I read about men hurting human females; baby, or child, or teen, or adult!! Both hurting and sometimes killing.

Yes, I understand that women nag a lot, and have a tendency to worry about things that will never happen, both of which make guys frustrated, but the violence and anger toward women (like the young woman stonned in Iraq) I find horrific.

Now, I assume that Pyschology has probably figured out most everything we do. So what does psychology say about WHY all these men are doing these terrible things to females?

It just amazes me. I work with women every day, been married to the same woman for 30 years, and go to the movies with my wife, my wife's sister, and my neice. NEVER do I think about doing these things I read about. And the "reason's why' these guys do these things are nonsence!

Small minded, dark hearted, men full of fear/rage, lash out at people who are smaller and frailer.
They can't dominate the world so they try to dominate women.

Now you are just labeling people. I can't stand people like you. A guy hits his wife and all of a sudden we are all woman haters. Bull. Woman do that stuff just as often as men. Men,children, and babies are murdered by woman all the time. Just because you don't hear about it doesn't make men evil and woman perfect angels. For instance watch the show snapped on oxygen channel. It's a whole show dedicated to telling about woman killing their husbands, boyfriends, etc. Bottom line. WOMAN ARE NO BETTER THAN MEN!!!! You are generalizing your statement. Not all men hate women. Violent acts against women, carried out by men are done so in a state of mental instability. As for violence against women in the Middle East, that is a totally different situation. Muslim culture has very low regards for women in general. However, stoning in the Middle East is punishment for adultery, I think.

Like in Iraq, a lot of this has to do with very ancient religious beliefs and cultural conditioning....It's quite dangerous and quite sad...We live in a society that worships violence of all kinds--it's the number one form of entertainment for most folks!!!!
