I enrolled me with a family membership, and now some of the members within the membership want to cancel because they are moving to other contry, so now I wonder if I have to paid the cancellation fee for each member or just one cancellation fee for the whole membership.
Also I used a debit card to enroll me, what if I just cancel my card and stop going?

If your contract is like any other gym membership I have seen, you need to give the gym 30 days notice of a cancellation. If you don't, they will keep billing your card, and even if you cancel the card, they can do Bad Things to your credit report.
24 Hour Fitness allows you to put your membership in a state of hibernation if you relocate to an area where they aren't, so if you ever do come back, you can restart it without a penalty.
In response to "Your debit card is from Mexico": Is your credit report in the US? That is where you are going to take the hit. It's not the bank that is going to report you. It's the gym.
