Don't wear any white shirts with it. ONLY BLACK! A long sleeve, plain black shirt would look the best, or just a plain black tank top. If your shirts have writing on them, make sure the color of the words matches your shoes. It is such a cute skirt! Wearing a tube top with it would make it look really slutty though lol. Pretty much anything black.

Really you can wear whatever shirt you want b/c the skirt is black and white...which are basic colors....I think the fit/style of the shirt is what's important. You can get a fitted baby tee or a tank top.....the color doesn't matter at all...avoid YELLOW...don't want to be a bumble bee....you could even get any type of screen tee....

Full skirt, fitted top; slim skirt, floaty or blousy top.
Try:
a black, charcoal or white fitted t or tank
bright red, yellow, or royal blue fitted blouse
bright pink or purple wrap top
twin set in any solid color
turtleneck or mock neck in any solid color

Any top that is black (or white). I think back. Go with a top that is fitted but not too tight. Don't get a flowy top and don't get one that is long sleeved. I think and embellished t-shirt would be cute.

First, TOTALLY cute skirt.
I would definettly say a V-neck red tee or tankw w/a black or white shrug over it. Big, bold black and white accsesorites.

A plain black, white or red shirt would look good.
I'd wear a shirt with sleeves, not a tank top, so you won't look too skanky.
