both situations its a TIE/ DRAW no winner no loser.
because its a run based game. the amount of wickets left or amount of overs left doesnt matter. all that matters is that they need to tick the runs counter above the other team

In both the situations, the match ends in a tie as the score of both the teams have reached equal. In a one day game the total score which matters and the number ofovers left or the numnber of wicket left is not going to change the result of the match.

In the match is a part of a tournament where th4e final outcome will depend upon the points secured by each team, in case of a tie, one point each is awarded to both the teams

In both the situation the match will end in a tie and there will be no winner and no loser because in cricket overs left or wickets left does not mean anything.only thing which mean is the opposition team has to score one run more than the given score ,no matter what the overs are and how many wickets have fallen.
