Perhaps with allergy medicine. To wipe my nose I usually use fresh tissues out of a box, rather than the many handkerchiefs I have in my drawers. If the runny nose is due to allergies then it does wonders.

Other than that there's really no true way to cure a runny nose, especially since there is no cure for the common cold.

Depends on what the runny nose is from. If your nose is running from allergies use an allergy medication that has a decongestant in it such as Clartin D. If you are having a runny nose from a cold, then use a cold medicine that lists runny nose as a symptom, such as Tylenol Cold. There is one thing that stops a runny nose in both situations, it's called Afrin. It's a nasal spray that you can only use or a maximum of 7 days.. You can purchase it in a drug store.

You are going to think this is crazy....but it WORKS!

Get some Vicks Vapor Rub from the drug store or Wal-Mart. Before you go to bed, rub it on your feet (mostly on the bottom) and put socks on.

This is the only thing that stopped my nephew's cough and stopped his runny nose.

Same way you do for dogs. Put a leash on it and give it a gentle tug everytime it makes a run for it.

It will stop in no time at all.
