Most manga isn't clean, its hard to find, but I know a few:
+Land of the Blindfolded-pretty clean, its a good read (Romance)
+The one I love (romance)
+Suki (Romance)
+Tsubasa
+Wish (romance)

Most manga isn't G, mostly because the market in the US is aimed at 13+.
Baby And Me(slice of Life)
Dr. Slump
Shugo Chara(so far it looks like it should be safe)
There are ratings on the back of the manga. If you're unsure if a manga is suitable for you or for a child you can always go by this. Read the back and look through a couple of pages.

Try Naruto. It's not G rated. Probally PG or PG-13... (If it was a movie...)
