On GMA, Andrew Speaker, the guy with the lethal form of TB, was asking for forgiveness from the passengers who flew in the same plane with him. Would you forgive him if you were one of the passengers on one of his flights that he took?

The guy knew he had it. He asked the doctors at the CDC if he could go to Greece to get married and they told him they preferred he not go, but he went anyway.

I don't really know the whole story, but from what I hear, I would kick that douche bag's asss!
People feel bad because he has a disease, but he's endangered about 200 people! I sure as hell would'nt forgive him. His dumbass risk of someone else's life could change a hundred others.

Sure. Hey, I lived with my sister for 2 years without knowing she had TB. She didn't know either. It is likely she got it from a foreign student at the Univ. of MN. No, I didn't get it. Unless they start checking people for this, what's to be mad about? My brother has already been the victim of an imported disease that is often debilitating in the country where it tends to come from. He, and the other 5 who also contracted it, survived with no side effects only because they are in the US.
The fact is, the passengers that are the most pissed would have done EXACTLY THE SAME THING and they are the only ones being interviewed by the media. How many of these same jerks come to work sick and infect people? How many people recovering from cancer are exposed to kid's illnesses just trying to buy food? Some of them die as a result of the stupid parents who don't give a rat's behind about anybody else's health either.

He knew he would be put on a no fly list, so he waited til the day before he was to travel probably knowing that by the time it would take to get him on the list he would be gone. He ignored what the Health officials did recommend, wearing a mask. He probalby did that because he knew that would cause suspicions among those traveling on the plane. Forgiveness, sue the pants off him as he would do if he were one of the innocent travelers. No surprise he's a Personal Injury Protection Lawyer.

It all depends....according to KTVU News he said the DR.'s never mentioned to him to NOT get on a plane. So I am not sure.....lets hope that those people never contracted it.
I didn't forgive the man who was passing gas and picking his nose that sat next to me on the way to Hawaii. That was 5 hours of torture!!

Yes. I was exposed to TB in a different incident, and it didn't destroy my life or anything. We're exposed to illnesses every day by people on purpose. (Like the guy in your office who comes to work even though he has the ugliest cold ever.) This disease just happens to have a scary name.

No. He knew what he had; he knew he was posing a danger to everyone on that flight, in the airport, etc. No forgiveness here - in fact, if someone does get sick, count on a HUGE lawsuit.

If I didn't contract it TB, maybe. I'd have to mull it over because he put a lot of peoples lives in danger.
