Please please help me!?

I have purple and red marks on my thighs after I had a hot water bottle on my stomach as I had period pain. It looks soo bad and I want to get rid how do I? Also whae are these marks.

Probably just the blood coming to the surface due to the heat, which caused your blood vessels to expand. They should go away after a short while on their own.

It doesn't sound too serious and should soon go away, but in future don't make your hot-water-bottle so hot!
