I bought a Genuine 1998-2002 Honda Accord Service Manual before on this website. This website is the one who sells Honda Authorized publications as well as other manufacturers.

Correct. All Honda service manuals are written by Helm. The issue you are going to run into is that they assume that you have access to Honda special tools.
I also had pretty good luck with ALLDATA (WWW.ALLDATA.COM)

why. the library lets you read and copy them for free. as for a manual haynes or chiltons make good books for about $20. if you want a honda one.......$70
