Mine goes straight out and has a little downward curve at the end. Alot of females prefer guys with a curve like that. They all say it feels alot better when they are on top of me.

Haha. No. It is usually just a function of genetics.
If it is bent too much and is painful, then it is indicative of a medical condition that needs to be addressed, but if it is just pointing a little to port or starboard, it's no big deal.
