Stephanie: That's not a difficult bar to set. After all, next to Bush, my goldfish looks like a Mensa candidate.

It's amazing how far he's stretched the "America's Mayor" moniker. He lost me with his terror rhetoric, and comparing his crime-fighting in NYC to foreign policy acumen.

Unfortunately, just like "American Idol" this isn't a "president election" it's a popular vote. That means people can vote for whomever for whatever reason they like. I used to believe that there should be some qualifying test for the ability to vote; but that leads to a messy slippery slope. One vote, one person - and there are a lot of people out there who voted for Sanjaya!

hey! do you think the folks at "votefortheworst.com" will take that same format that got Sanjay all those votes and do the same thing for the presidential elections? Too bad they don't vote off one presidential candidate per week...

I would much rather have Hillary and Bill Back which one is President doesn't really matter they are a true marital partnership that has stood tests that would have made others crumble. True patriots that haven't been matched since John and Abigail Adams.

Nope. 9/11 is the only thing that saved Rudy from being an utter failure as a governor.
I would rather have a real president this time. No lame ducks or puppets. No corporate whores.

Our beloved Rudy G.? No, I love him too much to be my president. He's my home-boy.

Nah.. I'd vote for Ron Paul for president 2008. He's the only straight talking honest politician in the GOP, and possibly the only honest politician, period.

I would vote for the candidate who gives the best impression of being a competent manager of a large organization.

I would caveat that with my own views on the Constitution and major issues of the day, the accumulation of which might be a detractor that might make me think of the management capability of the second candidate.

America's Mayor has proven himself to be a highly capable manager of a large government organization. In that regard, he is more qualified than *any* other candidate.

After all, we are electing the Chief Executive, not the Chief Issue Activist. Your issues should be debated in Congress. The President is elected to faithfully execute the laws.

ADDITION: Do the Libs want a Chief Activist so badly that they give the thumbs down to the Constitutional Description of President as Chief Executive?

Rudy is pro-illegal so it would be hard. However if it is a choice between Rudy and Hitlery or Obama - it's Rudy (lesser of two evils).

God, it's been so long now that I've forgotten what it's like to have a President. And no, I wouldn't vote for Giuliani. He's the least objectionable of this crop of theocratic Republicans, but he's still a Republican.

No. He is too liberal for my tastes, African-Americans don' t like him and he is treating the first-responders at Ground Zero like crap and using 9/11 as a stepping stone for his career.

He will NOT get my vote.
