No never have been,but I got a baby stuck in one of those little bath seat once. They have little suction things on bottom. I finally let the water out and just pulled then baby and chair all up....It was bad.

Let me tell you, never invest in black market bathtubs. If you don't make the payments, those guys will totally flush you down the drain. Or worse, they might pull the plug (If you know what I mean.)
