You need to level all of your pokemon up some more. I'd recommend leveling up all your Pokemon to level 53+ and for Dialga and Straptor two more levels.
You should also have a water or grass type here.

As a Pokemon freak and Elite Four beater, I recommend having your Steelix trained to level 56 and teach it Earthquake, your Lucario raised to level 55, your Infernape leveled up to at least 60, and your Dialga and Staraptor a couple more levels. Make sure your Staraptor knows the move Close Combat. When battling Cynthia, note that her Pokemon Spiritomb HAS NO WEAKNESS. There is no type that is "super effective" against Spiritomb, making it hard to defeat. Just use your Dialga against it. Spiritomb is the first Pokemon Cynthia sends out, so switch your Dialga to the front before walking into her room. Also heal in Lucian's room, as you won't have the chance after you enter Cynthia's room.

u should make all pokemon to lvl 60 and up

People would be able to answer better if you posted what moves they know and how much PP they have.
