Theres this guy at work who's always getting close to me and I sometimes get the feeling he's flirting with me but he swears he's not gay. I happen to be gay and I'm a little confused, he knows I'm gay and I get a little gaydar from him but I'm not too sure. Any help?

don't you just hate those sort of people who know ur gay and want to take advantage of your weakness regarding your will to resist their advances. I suggest that u just ask him what he thinks about you and see what sort of answers he comes up with. He's a bastard if he keeps pulling on those little flirts to you just to increase ur confusion. Seriously just ask him in a discreet manner why he being so close and leech-like with you.

if the guy is telling you he is not gay don't go there. Although he probably is or want his ego boosted no one needs that type of confused individual to mess with. You could get into more trouble that is worth.

Does he look at you very intense in your eyes. Does he wink at you and stare at you sometimes. Does he stand close to you or look in your eyes.
Does he wear light clothes and is well groomed.
Some of these are signs that he is gay.

i'm just going to list my list of gaydariations (lols) that i use to help identify the gays from the straights. don't take it for fact, but this is just some collective data that i'm going to put up.
does he look at you?
do you catch him staring? (3 times in succession is a blip on my radar)
how does he talk to others? (does he talk to others the same way as he talks to you?)
ask him about past relationships (try to be casual)
ask him who he likes (does he talk in pronouns such as - this person, i like someone, them, etc. - same as for past relationships; does he like someone that you "know"?; does he "not" like anyone?)
has he ever dated anyone?
how does he swear that he's not gay? (i know this guy that i believe to be bisexual that swears to be straight)
what does he like? (sometimes, i know, this sounds quite stereotypical, but i think that some gays are a bit femmy in their interests, their probably just a bit more open, or in tune to their feelings)
how does he treat you? (as in, guys will treat girls that they like well, usually, e.g.-open doors for them, smile at them, basically treat them like someone that they like, except for with gays... it's guy-to-guy instead, but with closet cases, it can be a bit more guarded)
listen to his voice, sometimes, even in pretty masculine guys, there is a bit of a fluke in the sound, a little gay if you ask me (such as a slight lisp - i have a barely noticeable one myself)
does he talk about homosexuals a lot?
is he trying to get to know you/see more of you? (e.g.-let's hang out later)
who are his friends? (you can tell a lot about someone by their friends sometimes, but not always - e.g.-f a *g hags and such)
