Just compare the number of people who buy iPods to those who buy Zunes... The market speaks quite clearly as to which product is better :)

I think the Zune is a poor comparison - it's supposed to be so much better than the ipod because you can send and share files, but that's only true if your friends have zunes as well. The problem is that you can only share certain songs up to three times.
The reason I don't like ipods is because they're .mp4s and not as easy to share - too many security features, etc. From my understanding, you can use .mp3s if you have an ipod, but you can't convert .mp4s to .mp3s.
So to answer your question, I prefer mp3 players over ipods.

Well, the Zune has a bigger screen, so it's more comfortable to watch videos than the iPod. The Zune can also sync seamlessly with your computer through Windows Media Player 11, just like iPod-iTune. The Zune's interface (twist navigation) is rated better than iPod's interface. Zune has more colors to choose from, and Zune's case is less prone to scratching than iPod. About features, Zune beats iPod hands down (FM radio, recording capabilities,...)...Zune has everything the iPod has, and...a lot more ! Zune sounds better, too !
For me, I think the Zune is better.

Ipod in my oppinion. think about it man apple's ipod has been out longer then the zune so Ipods problems have been reasoned out. while the zune with it's new release is still waiting to unleash its gang of problems.(think about it more microsoft ,wich im sure you know made zune, made the Xbox 360 and rember all the problems it first had) Ipods ur best bet. and besides would u want that huge buldge in ur pocket?

ipod cause a zune is just a crazy piece of junk that microsoft made to give the ipod some competition.

ipod. Nothing is perfect, but apple s a good company and their products generally have fewer problems. Actually, I don't know anyone who bought the Zune.

I have a zune and i absolutely love it!! the only thing that i dont like about it is that my battery wears out fast but it is extremely good for watching videos the price is the same for a 30gb ipod video.

if yer just listening to music its either/or, but I like the Zune for it has Video, phot, radio, Music capabilities, and easily transfers from your media player to the unti, also can share songs with someone in the same room wirelessly! I am going to get one in a week or so i think.
