Altruism is doing acts that help others' survival at the expense of your own. Logically, the opposite of this would be improving your own survival at the expense of others'. The word generally used for this is parasitism... you know, being a parasite (even Ayn Rand was fond of calling it that).

I don't think selfishness is quite the right answer although its as close as I can get. I mean, they argue whether the true selfless act exists and I'm not 100% sure it does - the whole we feel good about being nice to something/one else arguement. But yes, I reckon being selfish or self-serving.
