How do you know he's taking pictures if your a sleep?lol
Let him know you want the picturing stopped or no more loving from you. It may be a phase he is going though. Also could be his fantasy he has .Either way you need to communcate your concerns and wishes.

I will assume the old standby of asking him not to do it because it upsets you didnt work. There may have to be harsh times to go. You may have to hide his camera or worse. I heard about a guy who was on Dr. Phil. what he used to do was turn the heat way up in his bedroom. He knew that his wife would just undress instead of turning down the heat. After that he would pull back the blanket, take pics of her nude and then post em on the internet. So caution is the key. Find out what he is doing with the pics and react from there.

One night pretend to sleep. When he creeps up to take the picture sit straight up and scream at the top of your lungs. He'll probably go into cardiac arrest and will no longer be able to take pictures.

That's an easy one. Sit him down and say, "Honey, I love you, but if you don't stop taking pictures of me while I'm asleep, then I'm not going to have sex with you anymore." Works every time. ;) But seriously, just tell him that you really don't like it. If he loves and respects you, then he will stop. If not, try my first suggestion.

give him a choice, sex or the pictures? I am sure what his answer will be. However, if the answer is pictures, then time to start looking elsewhere and talk to a lawyer. clean out the bank account first though :)

Ask him. If he keeps doing it, sleep in the spare room and lock the door. That should get the message across.

is he trying to get a shot of your who-ha? If so, pretend to be asleep and when he get in for the close up............... bust one on him! Good luck!
