eat lots of protein and drink some protein shakes, and work out. you want muscle not fat. fat will kill you.

Really just eating high protein high fiber foods and weight training, you could also try weight gainers. If you go to a gym set up an appointment with a trainer, use them that's what they are there for.

If you are naturally thin, you might not be able to. I have always had to fight weight. I would say the best way to put weight on is to be inactive and eat fattening (greasy, carb-filled food like burgers and pizza) before going to sleep. Ice cream and nuts are fattening too.

I had this problem at one time and did find a way to overcome it.
My short answer; Don't do it!!
Thin people live longer healthier lives. Taking weight off is a hell of a lot harder than putting it on. Stay thin as long as you can and don't worry about it as long as you are healthy.

eat foods with a lot of carbs and calories. do not try to tone your body but bulk it up!!! remember muscle ways more than fat
