What are some good decorations for cheerleading camp?

I have some cute garlan and ballons and I am googling stuff to make but I just don't know what to get! we are staying in a dorm and you can't tape anything to the walls! Please give me site (so I can make some), stores, and any ideas! Thanks!

I'm sorry your spelling is so bad. I wish you would spend as much time on homework as on cheering. Anyway, Since you can't tape anything to the walls, how about some fun window decorations? Like flowers cut from colored paper. Or you could decorate everyone's pillow to look like a cheerleader, with little pompoms and a skirt and maybe even socks for legs, with sneakers on them.
