Conjugal visits. Same-gender couples get conjugal visits now.

I'm giggling because...well, I may have played a few games involving prison scenarios. :-) And hopefully nobody here will use that right anytime soon. But I know it's important and fair.

FTW, I understand what you're saying, but essentially the judges had the choice of "everyone gets it" or "nobody gets it." I don't think I'd have wanted to tell the straight convicts they don't get conjugal visits anymore because the gay ones wanted equal rights! Don't think it would work out for the gays, either!

I don't think *any* incarcerated criminal should have conjugal visits. Incarceration is supposed to be punishment for wrongdoing, not a vacation.
Jails with cable/satellite TV, gyms, video games, etc; in my mind that's just wrong. There are decent law-abiding, hardworking people who can't afford these luxuries, but convicted criminals have them.
Something is seriously wrong with the system when convicted criminals live better than a lot of decent folks.
