Play a game with your grandparents. Do something/anything with them. It's disrespectful to not spend time with grandparents while they are visiting.

boredom comes from having too many options to be able to choose one. It is not being able to focus because there is too much world around clinging to us. Calm your mind, make one choice and stick to it. Don't let your mind wander to somthing else no matter what. It takes practice, but it is well worth it.
