I have 6 y/o quintuplet grandchildren, yeah that's 5. Problem is they want to start collecting something. One is interested in buttons, another in keys.....what would be good collectibles for these 6 y/o kids. It must be something small that wouldn't take up much room. Remember there are 5 of them and they are only 6 years old. Thanks for any help and God bless you.

how about a stamp collection? i had one as a child and lost it somewhere. just make sure they put them in an album that will preserve the stamps.

Maybe world coins with a different subject for each of the kids. You could do dogs, cats, boats, stars, birds or any number of other variations. Most of the foreign stuff is pretty cheap. You could buy a bulk quantity from a coin dealer and give them a handful at a time.

Good luck

The nice pencils with neat things on the end where the eraser goes.
Ask each child what they're interested in.
Small tin containers.
Any bird related; nests, little houses, etc.

good luck.... my 2 yr old loves balls. i get the soft squishy ones, that won't bust anything up, and don't hurt if they are thrown at you. your grandchildren are at a ripe age, for taking up beading as a hobby.... they can make pretty things as gifts, like bracelets, and necklaces... anklets are nice also.... they have bunches and bunches of beading stuff in stores....

precious moments figurines are lovely, and nice to own...

i have a collection of key chains that have accumulated to fill almost a shoebox full... hehe

magnets? who knows..... i still like the beads best.

i hope this helps some..... ty for ur answer maw-maw.
