It is NOT listed with American Dream. Why do you need this info? I tell my clients they should NEVER work with the lsiting agent. They are obligated and under contract with the seller to get them the highest price possible and they can't disclose a lot of important infomation to you. Example...did you know this condo has been listed for 311 days? Do you know how much they owe on it? Etc. Hire a buyers agent to get the info..they charge you NOTHING and you will most likely get a better deal!
