You must be stressed.
i cant believe a lot of rude answers here.
Anyway, you may or may not be pregnant.
Plan B should be take the next day after an "oops" not three days later but...... Unfortunately, you'll have to wait it out and take a test if you dont get your period.
Your cramps and headache sound like PMS...period probably on the way
Canker sores can come up at anytime: stress, citrus foods etc. This is NOT a sign of pregnancy and its not an STD symptom either as someone posted - duh!
gargle w/ warm water mixed w/ salt, this should do the trick
Good luck!

Taking a plan B 6 days after intercourse is dangerous. If in case you did get prego... which is possible by taking the plan b you may not abort what may have been a child but in fact you may still be prego and severely harmed your unborn fetus. I highly recomend calling your gyn to make sure all is well.

My guess is that you've probably done all you can to prevent pregnancy from happening :) I think you're in the clear, sweetie. I have no clue about the canker sore, though. I've nevre had one before.
