When I first started my job I was a real nice, easy going guy, now I'm just a mean man with no soul. They put you through all kinds of garbage and expect you to read their minds and do what they are thinking, any way I've had enough and wonder if there is anyway I could get paid back for all the years of their nonsense. I'm so stressed out it isn't funny

I'm not in the military~my heart goes out to all those men and women, but I loved my job all these years until the last administration just went to hell, I would quit but I've never been without a job and I worry I can't take care of my family until I find one

You put up with this for years, so as far as I'm concerned, you brought this on yourself. Take responsibility for your own actions. If you didn't like what was going on, then you should have left. Man up. Why do people always want someone else to pay for their own bad decisions? You choose to stay there. Why should I have to pay for it?

Look for another job while you are still working at this job. Prepare a resume and send it out. You should never stay at a job that is making you so unhappy, but stop blaming others for your misery and start working to change things.

I don't think a lawsuit is the way to go, unless the abuses have been very blatant and you have witnesses that they happened. Most judges or juries would assume that you could have quit that job and gotten another.

Perhaps you are in the wrong line of work. Some occupations consist of hustling and bustling, with short-tempered people snapping at each other. Strangely enough, some people thrive in these situations. It doesn't sound as if you have found your place in life, so move on until you find a happier place to work.

If that was possible, companies would be sued left and right. They all try to hide behind "Can you work independently?" Alot of people can, but lets see, wouldn't you need some kind of direction to begin with? I don't read minds either. The only bit of advice that I can give you in life in general is to never allow any person, or company make you feel any certain way. Be responsible for you.....find another job, or better yet, start your own company. This way you run the shots!

You are responsible for your own actions...
I know what you mean tho... I'm a very nice person and would never do anything to hurt anyone or anything like that. But when I started workin at a bar I started to hustle and stuff so I could make good money! That's not me! I don't do things like that! But, in that bar...you HAD to hustle to make any money! We would get a lot of jerks that didnt tip a darn thing!! But, just because that's how I acted when I was workin at the bar, doesnt mean thats how I was elsewhere...separate work from play....and just keep bein you, thats all you can do!

How bout the public sue you for being a jackass to them? then get some therapy , look for a new job and take control of your own life. I worked for the US govt, its regimented and i was a round peg in a square hole. I worked in a the medical field, and the bosses reprimanded me like i was a recruit in the army. I was not impressed with this, and they told me i was fired, so i filed for unemployment, then they told Unemployment that I wasnt fired so i was denied my benefits, because they made it look like i filed while i was employed. If you dont like politics dont work. cause they do this stuff in the private sector too.

No. What if that individual had no say in how the enterprise's run? in case you enhance your costs only based on the thought that they are scamming human beings via charging extra for oil, does it no longer persist with which you're imitating their behaviour? they're on a roll now, yet as quickly as we hit upon an selection to grease, their time will come.

Get the book or movie "the secret" this will help you out. Its all about positive attitude and thinking. If you didnt like your job you should have left and gotten a new one. Its your choice to become who you are...not your jobs. If you dont like something then change it. Your choice

You cant sue them any more then I can sue my kids for making me crazy. Sorry. Most jobs you can quit and there for it is your fault. If it is military, then you signed up for X amount of years, and they turned you into a soldier, sailor, marine, or flyboy. That was their job to do. You can always not reenlist. Your attitude is your own.

Sounds like a great deal of lack of communication. Maybe it would help if you detail your questions or comments and "assume nothing". If your as miserable as you sound look through the classifies and get another job, this ones gonna kill you.

You can only change if you want to change. They can't MAKE you become something you aren't already.

If life was so horrible with your company, why didn't you LEAVE? Haven't you read the book "Never Work for a Jerk"?
