I am in pain, I'm seriously debating if it's serious enough to go to the ER. I hurt myself at work, but I don't want them to find out !!!!

I never reported it, and it's gradually gotten worse...I hatepain killers because you can injure yourself further...I think I'll try a chiropractor...hold on, let me call

How did you hurt yourself? I can give you a good massage, but sadly I'm something like 3,000 miles away.

why don't you want them to find out? you have a workers compensation claim. they should pay for your medical, and if you have permanent impairment, a settlement of some sort. I think you should talk to a good work comp attorney.
best wishes
by the way, i will trade you shoulder rubs. Mine is sore too but not from a work injury. ouch

why don't you want them to find out? you should have alerted them and then went to the ER, so there will be no problems when the bills come. Workman's comp is there for a reason.

Go seek help for your shoulder and stop worrying.

how bad is the pain though? take a mild pain killer or muscle relaxant until you are able to consult a doctor. you might have sprained your shoulder. :) hope it isn't serious!

Me too but I know whats wrong with mine. Herniated disc, it's killing me. Seriously go to hospital, if you don't want work to know say you did it at home. Hope you feel better.

I don't know how they would find out unless when you went in you said you did it at work and not at home or something.
