D&G sunglasses, I thought it was normal to have this kind of price but they are Made in China! There are websites that wholesale sunglasses Made in China for less than $0.10 each, and Dolce & Gabbana is selling sunglasses that are made there too for $135, this is ridiculous. If they were made in Italy, this price would be more justifiable but for sunglasses that are so inexpensive to produce? They sell it for close to 20,000x the production cost. This is an official website and doesn't sell fakes, this mean D&G sunglasses are really made in China.

I hate to break this to you, but it doesn't cost $135 to make sunglasses in Italy either. You're paying for the name brand and the status symbol, not for the sunglasses. You can get sunglasses at Wal-Mart for close to the production price that get the job done (the job of making the sun look less bright). People who buy $135 or more sunglasses are trying to make a statement, and that statement is, "Look at me. I have $135 to spend on sunglasses."

It's all the brand name! D&G is a top high fashion designer. They could probably sell a turd for $300. The sunglasses itself probably cost $1 to make, but the brand name adds the rest to the price. They have good replicas that you can't even tell the difference, that are really cheap. You could probably fool the designer with them. You can also search on the internet, and sometimes you can see the same sunglasses sold for less in wholesale. Alot of other big designers do that too. Tiffany & CO. can sell a tiny silver charm for $200, when it really is worth not even $20. The name is more valued than the actual product. It's all a rip-off.

$0.10 is good money in China. China is an easy, inexpensive place for Dolce and Gabbana to make their sunglases. The sunglassses may be made of expensive matierial, but even if they're not, the are still considered "high end" which adds on to the price.

Bonamassa followed his debut with 2002's So It's Like That, which would become the guitarist's first number one album, and released A New Day Yesterday, Live, a document of his 2001 tour, the following year.

if they are from eluxury, they are no doubt about it fake. You are just paying for the name at this point. I have a pair of chanel sunglasses that were made in china, at a purse party, and they were only $8!!

You are F***n insane if you think I'm going to pay $135 for plastic Chinese sunglasses!!!!!
I can see $4k for a Rolex - because they are handmade in Swiss, or $60k for a Jag - because are they do extensive QA manufacturing in England.
But for some cheap plastic made in China - forget it!!!!

It's just the brand name.
You can't really do anything about it, unfortunately.
Also, just because something is made in China doesn't have to mean it was produced in a sweatshop.
