my sister started to breast feed her baby but when she does, the baby starts playing with her breast and that tickles her a lot. she's very sensitive and reacts violently when tickled and obviously she doesn't want to hurt the baby.
when she pulls the baby's hand down, the baby starts to cry and doesn't want to drink again.

what can she do?

She could wear a long, sturdy, colorful necklace that the baby could hold on to. It's worked for me. I didn't do it because I was ticklish though, but because my son was starting to become "handsy" when my sister or sister in law would hold him. It broke him of the habit of playing with my breast as well as other peoples'.

She can seek counseling for her problem. Being tickled isn't the end of the world it's a normal human occurance. Perhaps your sister can focus on the fact that her baby is trying to seek nourishment. It's her role to provide that nourishment. Like someone else said if she can't stand for her baby to touch her she should pump the milk out of her breasts and give it to the baby in a bottle.

You could try giving the baby a toy to look at that they will be distracted and not tickle your sister...

Grow up and get over it, stop breast feeding or try and put a buffer (satin blanket) between her boob and the babies hand.

Most babies like to rub something while they feed...its comforting to them and the skin on the breast is very soft and appealing to their little fingers. I find it extremely sweet that my baby does this when she eats and let my heart swell with love that I'm able to have this experience with her.

depends on how old the baby is? if it's 0-3 mos. you can swaddly their hands up comfortably when you wrap them. or, you can let them hold your thumb and keep your hand wrapped around their tiny fists. or you could expose just the nipple with a nursing bra or your shirt. or you could desensitise yourself in lots of different ways. maybe even have fun with your spouse while doing so :) good luck!

That's something I never heard of. If she is too sensitive, she could always pump and give the baby her milk from a bottle.

instead of pulling the babies hands down have her try holding the babies hands gently in her hands or you could put socks over the babies hands and see if it doesn't tickle with the socks on.

Have her hold the baby's hand the whole time while nursing. My sister had to do this with her daughter, too.

Uhm... she just started? I don't understand how a newborn could tickle, or get upset for it's hands being held.

How about swaddling?

I have never heard of that, if it's that important to her to breast feed and REALLY a problem she needs to pump.
