It means exactly what it says it means: your drivers are either old or unsupported. Go the the manufacturer's website and download that latest drivers for your card, or just do a Google search for them. You will, of course, need to know the manufacturer and the model of the card. You can handle that, right?

It means that the video card (or the software to make it work) is so old that the version of Windows you are using can not use them. Go to the web site of the manufacturer of the card and see if they have a more current version of the driver designed for your version of Windows.
