Id say get a new mirror and have a closer look at the thing staring back at you. Thats something close to my sarcasm in that situation.

wow, um I'd prob say whats your problem and walk off.. I usualy dont wear alot of make-up so if someone did that to me. I'd look at them with a your dumb face and just walk off?

They are very very ignorant and rude and must be jealous of you and insecure about themselves. The best thing to do is just ignore it, but if it gets bad, tell them to please leave you alone, or you will call the police on them and turn them in for harrassment. Good luck.
