because if we could just wear a bra and panties then we would put the bikini making companies out of business and the employees would not have jobs...just think of it as supporting the economy.

My husband wonders the same thing.
Most panties are see through when wet, and some bra's are too, so it's not really the same....

Bras and panties aren't lined and if you get them wet, you will probably be putting on a show.

i dont know.. i've been wondering bout that too.. i guess they just got used to making swimsuits and all.. so yeah but there is no difference w/ bra and panties and bikinis...
