look on your laptop for a service tag number. go to the dell support section of the website, downloads and drivers, it will ask for the service tag, input that and all the drivers will appear for that model.

download the driver then run it after it has been downloaded.

First right click on my computer, then preferences then hardware then device manager and then look for your type of soud card. Go to the sound card website and download the new driver for your particular card. Easy as that.
