i get a different nightmare each day of the week about a week before my period, does anyone else get this? and are there any solutions?

I would like to know!! Ever since i started birthcontrol i have crazy dreams 3-5 times a week!!!

Yes. I get them. Its honestly the only way I know my 'time' is coming. I'm lucky I do not scream though, so I just wake up in a cold sweat and take a shower. But it IS very annoying and there is nothing one can really do about it.

when i was a little younger i would have terrible nightmares right before my period and in the beggining of my pregnancies. they were so bad i'd wake up screaming. i don't think there is anything you can do about them.
