Double standard, the same people did nothing but spew hatred for Clinton over many years, it is not America such people love, it is their own narrow minded sanctimonious paranoia, they love.

I recommend that the top cut back for contributions be completed away with, and that the optimal payouts in retirement nevertheless stay as they're, adjusted for inflation. Social protection isn't a "supply away" application yet one that all of us make contributions to love a mark downs plan, and could be secure against different makes use of via the government. Do you compromise or disagree and why? in case you're so apprehensive approximately it then why do no longer you; first placed it back into the non-public sector and make to have been no can take out money from it for his or her very own activity, 2nd pay back each and every penny you have borrowed from the two Social protection and Medicare, third take the unlawful immigrants off of it and people who come over right here yet by no ability paid a penny to it, and ultimately have it a similar for each individual; in different words government officers are to take part in it and in the event that they pick something extra they do it on their very own without the tax payers investment it?yet, the economic stytem feeding the imbalances had by no ability been relatively replaced. They, a team of scholars, pronounced that each and each physique costs of activity could be 3% or much less for each individual to strengthen into prosperous if needed (that must be genuine additionally to taces). the best financial situation could be, they pronounced, whilst there have been no costs of activity. Why no longer do this answer? the prosperous might nevertheless be prosperous. My question is: whilst soial protection will become a situation linked to federal costs, why no longer artwork with a balanced or earnings funds and spend no extra suitable than is on the marketplace in, as any family individuals has to attempt for? Why no longer ban all loobying presents with the intention to get rules that serve the country? God bless united states of america.

It's not. The only problem is that we are at war right now and every time the enemy reads or sees something on the news about someone here dissing the President or the war, it emboldens them. Think about it from their perspective, you are planning attacks on an army that is in your country, you see daily news programs about how people in the other country hates their President, they want the soldiers of that army to leave now, they say that the Presidents policy is stupid, what would you think? I know what I'd do, build more bombs and kill more people. Imagine you are a US soldier or marine. What would you think about those news reports? There's a time to speak and there's a time to remain silent, now is the time to remain silent and allow our military to do it's job.

It's not, and I both object to and challenge the conservative notion that they somehow "occupy the patriotic highground." From the way the trolls post in this forum, one would think they own the word.

They do not.

God help us if we did NOT question things...

It's not unpatriotic. Such as w/ George W - we can disagree w/ him if we wish to, we can argue over why this or that decision was a poor one - but he IS the leader & we need to show respect for our country through unity. That's all. We don't all have to think alike - we just need to be respectful.

It is not unpatriotic. Actually it is more patriotic to do so. Dissent and difference of opinion are what democracy thrives on. One who just goes along is fodder for a dictatorship.

They consider themselves to be "conservatives", and thus by definition defenders of the traditional values that made America strong and great.

It's pure B.S. of course, but they cling to that.

It is unpatriotic to be critical of anyone just because of their political views. The right to believe what you want is one of the things America was founded on.
