King Rico is tired of hearing from his cheap people about gas prices. King Rico can afford any gas prices, but King Rico is looking out for cheap people who owns SUVs and can't afford to fill it up. It's open discussion, King Rico will listen and then make his final decision. King Rico is simply wonderful.

You have nothing better to do with your time. You are not a King because royalty wouldn't ponder over something so trifle as wondering if peasants could afford gas prices or not. You probably ride a bike or use public transportation which is why you are not complaining about gas prices.
King Rico, why don't you do something about the gas prices then?

MakeMe: I live in the middle east (but not in saudi) and let me tell you that the middle east is not trying to kill americans. In fact, the majority of the people here are expatriots working. If they wished to kill american people, there are americans right here in their land, what is stopping them? The united states does have oil in certain areas, yet there is a law stopping them from drilling it, why are you not holding the US into account fo this? Even in the middle eat, we are feeling the repercussions of this inflation too. I do not know why this rise, perhaps a depletion in oil reserves. This is why the UAE, and Saudi to a lesser extent, is promoting the toursim industry and the real estate market is booming too. They need alternative sources of income. I would like to correct a piece of information, which is that saudi does have plantation. The only thing we can do to combat this infaltion is to purchase less, and be cautious with what we use and of course find alternative sources of oil. One idea is to find people in your neighbourhood or close that work in the same area and car pool. There is no need to waste double gas if people living close together are going to the same destination. Also, there can be an increase in being neighbourly. For example, you can arrange with your neighbours to do the grocery shopping once a week, and you can alternate on who takes the car. This is a time when people can work together as a community. EDIT: You should also bargain with your employers for higher pay due to increase cost of living. Here, the government has imposed an increase in pay to combat this rise in cost of living.
