OMG!!! Does that irk you too!?!? Jeez!! no joke, i saw this chick walking down the street the other day. It's like 80 degrees outside, she's wearing shorts, a sleeveless shirt and sandals with SOCKS!!! PINK HIDEOUS SOCKS that didn't even match her outfit! For cripes sake! If you absolutely MUST wear socks with sandals, you could at LEAST make them match your outfit. Wearing socks with sandals is tacky enough as it is! Sandals were meant to be wo......Oh, um... sorry.... I've gotten carried a way a bit.... heh... *clears throat*.... moving on......

I don't understand the point of it. Personally I think it is ugly. If you are going to wear socks then where shoes, not sandals

I don't know why they feel the need to wear socks with sandals, but it's horrible looking when they do!

I don't own sandals.. I have some flip flops.. but I don't wear them with socks.. Sorta defeating the purpose if you ask me..

no idea ive often thought that especially middle aged men with white socks and brown sandals yuck!!i put socks and sandals on my son cos they rub him other than that i would say no style!!

haha. i dont. its funny when they do. but they probably do it since they're cold. i see people wearing socks with sandals in the summer though. i have no clue why. but its still funny :]

my mom used to do this because her feet would get cold easily, but she still wanted to wear the sandals. And no, I don't do it. I make sure that my mom doesn't! :)

Because they know it looks funny and want to get a rise out of onlookers.
My dad sometimes does. I tease him, but he doesn't care. He usually only sports this look in the fall.
