I KNOW !!! i was wondering the exact same thing !! It's just so not him, in fact very few guys can pull it off. And besides, guys shouldn't even be wearing makeup, lol.

He's a hottie but I'm sure at the mercy of his publicist/stylist/manager/record label. Since this is his first album in the big leagues, I doubt he gets a lot of creative freedom. By far, he is my favorite singer right now. Eyeliner or not.

I was shocked to see him with eyeliner. I think Chris is a good looking guy and he doesnt need it. Maybe because its so trendy with rock stars now and he thought he should stick with the trend.
