Don't make any drastic decisions : see how things look the next day. Talk : phone a friend, send an email (I guess you just have !), chill out with your partner. Don't drink : booze never solves a problem and it makes you less able to solve it when you come round.

Put some banging hard house tune's on really loud..grab a pint glass of lemonade chuck in some ice... drink half then top it with fresh orange..sit down..reflect...then find something funny on here..sweet ...as a nut..then callout for hot 'n' spicy pizza..then a quick...red wine get me giggling then to answers..job done..

Get the kids off to bed and just sit on my own with a cuppa or a glass of wine, and chill. Sometimes I can actually FEEL the silence.

nice hot bath get into my pjs that have been washed in bold lavinder 1 then put my feet up with a good book or with the telly

i go to the store and get 3 packs of smokes and a couple cases of beer. i go home and drink and smoke myself nearly to death while listening to sad guns n roses songs. when i wake up i feel so much worse than i did before and i forget all about what my ruff day was about.

listen to a favourite tune.....or a favourite band....melt in my favourite voice.....and if you have one i'd recommend having a long wrinkling prune soak in a bath (unfortunately i only have a shower).....but that would de stress me and an early night where i can slip deep into sweet sweet dreams!!!
