No matter how much i love Daredevil, the Man Without Fear has no real chance against the Golden Avenger.
Iron Man simply has too many advantages built into his armour, and Daredevil cannot do the level of damage necessary to affect Shellhead.
If Tony were to take the armour off, then Daredevil would be all over him. Daredevils estoeric martial arts training combined with his hyper-senses would give him all the edge he would need against Tony Stark. But inside the suit, Iron Man has it.

Oh, good grief. Y'know, if you're gonna spend your time speculating on fantasy comic-character fights, at least make sure that the opponents you pick are in the same approximate weight class. Iron Man is one of the Heavy Hitters of the MU, whereas Daredevil is street-level. Come back when you have a real contest.

I totally love the character of Daredevil and he has outstanding fighting ability, but it is no fun punching and kicking iron. I would tend to believe that Iron Man would get the best of The Man Without Fear because his hands and feet would be sore as hell.

I'd love to see Daredevil kick Iron Man's butt.
Maybe if DD can find a weak point in Iron Man's armor, he can exploit it, but I doubt it.
Iron Man would win based on firepower and heavy armor.
