Sinatra didn't have a good "voice" per say (not that it was bad) but it was his "style" that made him special. Just like Willie Nelson or Rod Stewart don't have good "voices." It takes more than a good voice. If you can carry a tune, but master the art of having style, you can make it in the business. It's a lot about presentation.
And yet ... no one, and I mean no one, will be like Frank Sinatra, because he was special! He touched people, not just with his voice, but his presence, his persona, his love for music.

I think Harry Connick jr. comes close, but nobody can really compare to Frank Sinatra.
