I am 37 weeks pregnant and I just went to the washroom and my underwear are wet, I know it's not pee , what could this be and what does it mean? I know you guys are not doctors but advice would be good.

It could be amniotic fluid, perhaps your water sac is breaking/leaking. Call your doctor to see what she says.

Well, it seems like I've had a ton of discharge for the past few weeks.(I'm about 18 wks) My panties were always getting wet so I started wearing a pad at all times. I think when your water breaks you should feel "a warm gush of fluid". I would call my doctor just to be on the safe side though.

It's 1 of 2 things--either your cervix is starting to thin out and this is some of the mucus plug.
The other possibility is amniotic fluid.
See if the wetness is thick or creamy like mucus or more like water. Also, was it clear and did it have a smell--amniotic fluid has a sweet smell.

Honey go to the hospital it sounds to me like you have a leaking bag of waters, and if this is the case then your labor could be getting ready to start up. In any matter please go and have it checked out.. My cousin did the same thing and thought nothing of it. She went out and was shopping and almost delivered the baby in the bathroom at Wal-Mart.. It could very well be that your water broke. It's not the usual gush you hear about, it can trickle out also. To be safe, you need to go get checked out because once the water breaks, the baby needs to come out as it is no longer protected from germs and such.

It sounds like your water broke! It's not always a gush as people think, mine was that I felt like I had to go to the bathroom but couldn't hold it. It would just trickle out, then the contractions started. Get ready!

In my prenatal class they said that if you ever think your water broke to take anything that is wet to the hospital. even sheets apparently lol
But if you're worried it might have been fluid get it checked out

It may be that your water broke or It could be discharge. It happens all the time even if your not horny or thinking about sex. I don't know why but I think it's just a chemical reaction in your brain that sends signals w/ out you even thinking about sex
